Good planned party requires at least 6 weeks. The sooner you make your reservation the better turn out. If you need to make a last minute reservation, contact us.
Once you choose your date and time please check our calendar for availability. You will need to pay $100.00 reservation fee to secure your requested date and time. The remaining balance will be due a week before your event. All customized items need to be submitted 10 days prior to the party to give ample time.
AYEWP fully refunds the reservation fee of $100.00 for canceled parties 30 days prior to the event. If the party date is within 30 days $100.00 will apply as a cancellation fee. If the party date is within 10 days, AYEWP will charge the original package full amount as a cancellation fee.
